Project Description:

The owners wanted to take this period cottage and renovate it for modern life yet stay sympathetic to the property’s surroundings. The thin glazing bars are key to maximizing the natural light yet keep it within the era of the building.

Out went all the old decaying windows and doors. In came Cottage flush casement windows, French, Stable and Stratfield styled doors all manufactured in Engineered Meranti Hardwood, finished in micro porous Farrow & Ball Hardwick White paint. All frames completed with pewter ironmongery.
