We were particularly impressed that while visiting us to provide a quotation, you spotted a very minor defect in one of the windows previously installed by you, which we hadn\'t even noticed and immediately arranged to correct this under the warranty. As you know, we came to you initially by recommendation and have since recommended you to others.
