We would both like to say that as is rare these days, the delivery not only matched but exceeded the promise. Not only are the windows outstanding, they were beautifully fitted by Malcolm, Chris, Steve and the others. It was a pleasure to have them around the house- even if we did consume more tea and biscuits than usual!!
We have already conveyed our delight to neighbours and friends and will be able to recommend without reservation your company to others.

I write to say how delighted my wife and I am with our new window and door installation. It was nice to deal with a company that doesn\'t use pressure sales techniques. Lance\'s initial advice was very informative and gave us ideas that we hadn\'t even considered. Nick was most helpful with his advice on the final survey and his appearance on site during installation was a nice touch that emphasises the care and professional approach that your company has.
No matter how good a product is though the installation team is at the sharp end. I found that Chris and Mark were very discreet and considerate around our home and their craftsmanship is really second to none. All carried out with courtesy and a not unnoticeable display of wit!

Keith, Malcolm and Mathew were all very capable and professional, and it was immediately clear that they were going to take the time and care necessary to do a very high standard of work. As well as an excellent installation job, they were careful to minimise any damage, made good to a high standard inside and out, and cleaned up as they went - excellent ambassadors for your company.

We were also pleased to see that the only two very minor problems found during the course of the work, neither of your making, were both fixed within hours.
